811: Multi-Surface Adhesive Primer

811 is a latex-based primer designed to help improve the adhesive capabilities of floor and wallpaper adhesives. Apply as you would a traditional primer prior to installing peel & stick tile, sheet vinyl, carpet, carpet tile, wallpaper, and paneling. 811 bonds to both Gypsum and Portland-based building products and is intended for interior use only.
