Sentinel 812LS Lockdown Sealant [White Finish]

812LS Lockdown Sealant is a post-removal lockdown sealant solution. 812LS is premixed and requires no dilution. 812LS is essential for use during the mandatory sealing of asbestos fibers and dust after removal or building demolition. 812LS goes on white and dries white. The translucent white finish provides visual tracing of application coverage. Sentinel 812LS is NOT a bridging or penetrating encapsulant and should not be used to encapsulate Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) in place.
