Using Sentinel BPE on a properly planned and prepared project can stabilize damaged ACM, prevent deterioration that creates future hazards, and satisfy government regulations for asbestos abatement. Sentinel Asbestos Bridging & Penetrating Encapsulant is a water-based “superpaint” that has been formulated to solve concerns about asbestos. Sentinel BPE is a high solids, high-viscosity, multi-polymer emulsion. It is low-odor, zero VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), and contains no HAP’s (Hazardous Air Pollutants) or solvents. Ideal for Specifications AIA 02 82 00 Asbestos Remediation or AIA 02 82 13 ACM Encapsulation.
Use on many types of ACM including: Fireproofing (SFRM), Acoustical Soundproofing, Pipe Insulation (TSI), Cement Board on sloped or vertical surfaces, Galbestos, Stucco, Wall & Ceiling Texture and Asbestos Containing Paint.

Sentinel 24-7 HVAC White Mold & Mildew Resistant Coating & 24-7 ZERO HVAC Black Mold & Mildew Resistant Coating
Sentinel’s 24-7 HVAC coatings are specialized coatings designed to be applied within HVAC systems, on HVAC insulation and primed or galvanized metal. Sentinel 24-7 HVAC and ZERO HVAC are thick, flexible and will bridge and reinforce duct liner and duct board insulation material. They will seal HVAC surfaces from odors caused by fire, smoke, mold and mildew. Like the rest of our ZERO family, 24-7 ZERO HVAC Black contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), is free of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and offers virtually no odor, while 24-7 HVAC White is a low VOC coating. Sentinel Mold & Mildew Resistant Waterproofing Sealant is a 100% acrylic water based antimicrobial coating formulated to stop water penetration through masonry materials. For interior and exterior, above or below grade, vertical applications. Sentinel Mold & Mildew Resistant Waterproofing Sealant withstands 35 PSI of water pressure preventing moisture transmission into basements, crawlspaces, and cellars. The multi-coat application process will self-prime and seal concrete and cinder blocks, masonry walls, stucco, and brick. Sentinel Mold & Mildew Resistant Waterproofing Sealant’s fungistatic agent resists mold and mildew growth on the dried coating surface.
Sentinel 537 Low Viscosity Smoke & Odor Encapsulant
Sentinel 537 Low Viscosity Odor Encapsulant is a water based liquid sealant used to lockdown odors commonly found on restoration projects. Sentinel 537 is a multi-surface interior grade sealant with great adhesion qualities and a low odor formula that contains no volatile organic compounds (VOC’s). Sentinel 537 is available in a clear formula. With low permeability characteristics a single coat is highly effective on most projects. Sentinel 537 is easily applied with a variety of applicators such as sprayers and foggers.
Note: For best results, use this after the affected area has been cleaned and treated with one of Sentinel’s quality odor removers, such as Sentinel 531 Smoke & Odor Counteractant or Sentinel 522 Smoke & Odor Cleaner & Destroyer.
Sentinel 538 Smoke & Odor Encapsulant (Available in White, Clear or Natural Wood Finish)
Sentinel 538 Primer/Sealer Odor Encapsulant is an innovative water based coating used to seal and lockdown odors commonly found on restoration projects. Sentinel 538 is a multi-surface interior/exterior grade coating with great adhesion qualities and a low odor formula that contains no volatile organic compounds (VOC’s). Available in white, clear or natural wood finishes Sentinel 538 serves as a base coat, primer/sealer offering excellent stain blocking qualities. With low permeability characteristics a single coat is highly effective on most projects. Sentinel 538 is best applied with an airless sprayer and easily cleans up with soap and warm water.

Sentinel 539 Antimicrobial Odor Encapsulant has all the characteristics of Sentinel 538 with the added benefit of antimicrobial protection which inhibits the growth of mold and mildew on the dried sealer coating surface.
